The telephone helpline for victims of sexual abuse covers all of Norway, is free of charge and open 24/7. Relatives and public sector professionals can also contact the helpline for advice and guidance.
You can get help, advice and answers to questions, or you can call if you only need someone to listen. You can also receive assistance in locating other services near where you live.
The helpline staff work at SMISO- Vestfold (Support Centre for Victims of Incest and Sexual Assault)
If you prefer, you can call the helpline anonymously, meaning that you are not required to say your name, or name anyone else. The staff speak Norwegian. Help is also available in English.

The staff have a duty of confidentiality, which means that they can only disclose your personal information to third parties with your consent, or if there is a risk to life or limb.
